About this place
Gathering around a steaming tabletop broth, diners at Kisoji can select from an array of hot pot courses calibrated to different cuts and grades of beef. Signature shabu-shabu and sukiyaki offerings allow guests to tailor their dining to taste, ranging from accessible domestic beef loin to delicately marbled wagyu and top-tier selected marbled wagyu. Sliced paper-thin and lightly swished through simmering broth to keep the meat tender, shabu-shabu comes accompanied by an assortment of fresh vegetables. The meal concludes with a savory finish of kishimen flat udon noodles and mochi cooked in the meat-infused broth, alongside steamed rice, pickles, and dessert.
Midday dining features casually priced meal sets, including a dedicated sukiyaki lunch set suited for an elevated midday meal. Beyond communal hot pots, the kitchen prepares formal kaiseki banquet courses highlighted by seasonal sashimi and crisp tempura, as well as seasonal nigiri sushi and savory chawanmushi egg custard, accommodating various celebratory and formal occasions.
Facing Kannana-dori, the venue provides a spacious, free parking lot on the grounds, with elevator access leading up to the main dining floor. Inside, the quiet, spacious dining room includes standard table seating, private dining rooms, and booster seats, creating a convenient and comfortable environment for multigenerational family meals and gatherings.
